Take a look at one of our recent projects built by the renowned DelSol, Inc. builders and notice the quality of materials and workmanship. If you are comparing prices from other vendors, challenge them to provide similar evidence that they do equal quality work.
Ask our competitors about their basic packages. Does their basic package include a 42” central panel? Most likely it doesn’t! We include a 30” or 42” panel in all our designs so you will have ample room for future expansion. The smaller central panels provided by most simply can not accomodate all of the components required for a fully automated home. Sure, the competition can give you a larger panel, but you pay extr for it.
This is a 42” Leviton home integration panel which has sufficient room for voice, data and cable television networks as well as Satellite TV distribution, high speed cable modems, home control panels and network hubs or switches and still has room for expansion in the future.
You may have heard or read about supposedly new systems for home wiring utilizing what is called “White or Blue Tubing”. This product is really called flexible conduit and we have used it for years. It provides a pathway through the walls in your home to the crawl space or attic where cables can be run in the future. By using this product we help insure that your home will be future proof without having to cut into the walls as much to add features in the future.
When we provide television distribution systems each of our homes receives two RG-6 Quadshield coaxial cables from the central panel to the attic for connection to a satellite dish should you desire to utilize satellite TV service. We also wire to the outside of your home for connection to cable TV if that is your choice. Notice the white flexible conduit which provides a pathway from the attic to the central panel shown in the picture above.
As a result of our years of experience in the commercial marketplace we are keenly aware of how important it is to properly support computer network cabling. 50-70% of all network problems are a result of improperly installed cabling. All of our network cabling is supported by commercially acceptable methods. .
Stapling cables to the wood structure can damage the integriety of the cable. None of our cables are supported by stapling. We carefully route cables through the attic or crawl space so they will be protected from damage as much as possible. Then we support cables every 4-5 feet with bridal rings, J-hooks or wire tyes.
Is the quality of the installation in spaces such as the attic, crawl space or buried in the walls important? We think so! We only use commercial grade wiring and devices. Sure, we could save a few dollars and use a lower cost lower quality product. But we wouldn’t put it in our homes and we’re not going to put inferior products in your home either. We take the extra time and care necessary to insure that every wire and cable is installed in the most professional manner possible.
We are more then willing to compete head to head with our competition. All we ask is that you require them to perform to our level of quality and provide similar solutions so that you can get a fair “apples to apples” comparison. If you do that, you will find our services and products second to none in quality and price. Give us the opportunity to prove it. Give us a call or an email and we will be happy to meet with you to discuss your new home or construction project.
